Pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72, effective January 1, 2026, local governments (municipalities, counties, boards of education, and special districts) must publish public notices twice a month and effective March 1, 2026 must publish all legal notices on their respective organization website. Allendale Public Schools/Allendale Board of Education will be utilizing it's website located at http://www.allendalek8.com as it's official online legal notice repository for free of charge access by the public.
