Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

In accordance with the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights, the New Jersey State Department of Education has issued the official School Self-Assessment for Determining Grades under the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights, District and School Grade Report.
